Question 1

What counts as a session?

Accepted Answer

One shopper answering at least one question. Opening the page a quiz sits on costs nothing, and neither does a shopper who loads it and leaves without answering - so refreshes and bots do not eat your allowance. Sessions reset at the start of each calendar month.

Question 2

What happens if I go over my session limit?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is charged automatically. The quiz stops starting new sessions for the rest of the month and shows a short 'temporarily unavailable' message instead, or sends shoppers to a page of your choosing if you set one. Anyone mid-quiz finishes normally. Upgrading restores it immediately.

Question 3

What is an AI run?

Accepted Answer

One quiz drafted from your catalog, or one auto-tagging pass over your products. Both count the same. Free includes 3 a month and Starter 25; Growth and Pro are unlimited within a fair-use ceiling that no ordinary store reaches.

Question 4

Is the free plan a trial?

Accepted Answer

No. Free is a permanent plan you can stay on indefinitely. Separately, new stores get a one-time 14-day Growth trial so you can try discounts, custom colours and full analytics history before paying for them.

Question 5

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Through Shopify. You approve the charge in your Shopify admin and it appears on your regular Shopify invoice, so there is no separate card to enter and no separate bill to reconcile.

Question 6

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Any time, from inside the app. Upgrades take effect straight away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date rather than immediately, so you keep what you have already paid for, and the app tells you exactly which features you will lose before you confirm.

Question 7

What happens to my quizzes if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. If the plan you move to allows fewer active quizzes than you have, you choose which ones stay live and the rest are locked rather than removed - they come back exactly as they were when you upgrade again.

Question 8

Do you charge for the products in my catalog?

Accepted Answer

No. Catalog size is not a pricing lever on any plan. You are billed on quiz sessions, not on how many products Suggesto has to rank.
